• Submitted pictures are not restricted with respect to photographic technique. The dimension of the longer side must not exceed 100 cm.
• Only original photographs and prints are accepted for the competition (electronic photographs are not accepted).
• Each participant can take part in all the competition categories.
• Only one portfolio of maximum 10 photographs can be sent to each category.
• Each portfolio must be packed separately.
• Each photograph must bear the following data on the reverse side: author’s name, category, title, serial number of the picture in the set. Individual portfolios must be provided with the author’s clarification (maximum 10 sentences) in printed as well as electronic version, and professional curriculum vitae in electronic version.
• Each portfolio must include a CD with photographs in electronic version (format: TIFF, resolution 300dpi, size 30 cm).

The competition results will be published during December 2010 on website www.fotoframe.net. The official awarding will take place in Leica Gallery Prague at the beginig of 2011.
The authors of awarded works authorize the competition organizers and sponsors to use the awarded photographs free of charge for the promotion of the competition and sponsors.
The authors of awarded works will be asked to provide the competition organizers with the photographs to be exhibited on before 10 December 2010. The format of the exhibition enlargements must be identical to the one sent to the competition.
Unawarded works must be collected before 31 January 2011 at the delivery address (phone No.: +420 604 223 037 to arrange time). Works not collected before 31 January 2011 will be disposed of. The organizers are not responsible for any damage to works which occurred before their delivery.

Three prizes will be awarded in each category:
1st prize – Canon photo products worth 30 000 Czech crowns
2nd prize – NEC photo products woth 15 000 Czech crowns
3rd prize – Canon photo products worth 7 500 Czech crowns
